One of our three wildflower varietals, this honey is a great medium of the other two varietals and a natural “blend” of two or three pollen and nectar sources. We use wildflower honey for literally everything you could think to use honey for, but our favorite way to eat the California Seasonal Wildflower is in snickerdoodle cookies and spiced teas.
Raw honey hardens and crystallizes over time. Honey does not spoil. To liquefy, place jar in warm water on the stove until crystals dissolve. Do not feed honey to infants under a year old.
