Sola Bee Refund/Exchange Policy
Because honey is a food product, we do not except returns or give cash refunds.
If your honey arrives damaged by shipping in any way, please keep your shipping label for tracking purposes and email us right away. We will exchange and/or replace any product that arrives in less the bee-utiful conditions as a result of shipping damage.
We want you to bee happy about your purchases from Sola Bee Farms. Please email us with any concerns and we will address them promptly on an individual basis.
